Partnership signed to boost employability of Mozambican alumni.

On Tuesday June 17, 2025, the French Embassy in Mozambique and Aldelia Mozambique formalized a partnership agreement aimed at supporting the employability of Mozambican alumni who have graduated in France (alumni).

What the agreement provides:

  • Annual workshops and meetings to reinforce professional skills: CV writing, cover letters, use of professional networks, etc. ;
  • Personalized support for former students after their return to Mozambique: individual interviews and recruitment simulations;
  • Distribution of profiles to a network of private partners, to increase the visibility of young people on the job market.

Expected impact :

This initiative is part of the French Embassy's student mobility strategy, and aims to strengthen the transition of former students to the Mozambican job market, promoting economic and social development.

In concrete terms, alumni will be better prepared to make the most of their international career, by strengthening the link between their training in France and professional opportunities in Mozambique.
